A5 plus grade Satsuma Gyu Yakiniku slices platter (~200g)
The platter contains three different extend of marbled meat, the Marbled meat (霜降 Sōkō), Semi-marbled meat (輕霜降 Han Sōkō), and Lean meat (赤身 Akami) .
Different cuts will be randomly distributed for each type of meat.
Marbled cuts 霜降(Sōkō) :
羽下Zabuton、三角小排Chuck Rib、極上牛小排Head Bara、友三角Tri Tip…etc.
Semi- marbled cuts 輕霜降(Han Sōkō)部位:
イチボ(Ichibo/Picanha)、肩胛肉Chuck Roll、丸芯Marushin、牛五花Karubi、貝肉Flap Meat…etc.
Lean cuts 赤身 (Akami) 部位:
内ももTop Round、ランプ Rump、亀の子Kamenoko… etc.
※The difference between marbled cuts and lean cuts may not be as distinct for certain cuts
