- Delivery arrangement under extreme weather warning signals will be determined according to the hoist and cancellation of extreme weather warning signals by the Hong Kong Observatory. (Extreme weather warning signals refers to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Signal hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.)
- In the event that if any extreme weather warning signals remains hosted after 12 n.n., delivery services will be temporarily suspended. You may choose to reschedule the delivery to your preferred date (within 30 days of the ordering date) or arrange a self pick up (within 30 days of the ordering date) instead.
- Limited services will be provided according to the weather condition, please contact us through WhatsApp for opening times and self pick up arrangements.
- If extreme weather warning signals are hoisted after 12nn, delivery services will be completed as soon as possible. As first priority is given to the safety of our courier team, delivery of orders after 14:00 to 19:30 and designated timeslots deliveries will be suspended. We will arrange a refund for designated timeslots deliveries.
- Free shipping will not be applied under extreme weather conditions and all orders will be delivered by Lalamove upon individual requests.
