- Delivery service
- Door-to-door delivery are only applicable to areas accessible by elevators.
- Please note if any extra fee occurs (e.g. parking fee), the recipient will be held responsible for any extra fee occurred.
- Coverage of delivery service
- Offered to any residential or commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, New Territories, and Kowloon areas.
- Same-day orders, remote areas and restricted areas orders are not eligible for delivery service.

- Delivery fees
- HKD$150 will be charged for spending below $1,000.
- Delivery fee will be waived for spending as follow (Non designated timeslots only) :-
- Please select the accurate area for delivery. Nikuya reserves the right to charge HKD$150 delivery fee for wrongly selected delivery destinations.
- Please note that if any extra fee occurs (e.g. parking fee), the recipient will be held responsible for any extra fee occurred.

- Delivery services exclusion
- Same-day orders, remote areas and restricted areas orders are not eligible for delivery service.
- remote areas include but not limited to Tung Chung, Lok Ma Chau, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and etc.

- Self pick up / Courier services (non door-to-door) can be arranged for deliveries for same-day and remote areas orders.
- Delivery fee is subject to the delivery address.
- Delivery period
- 13:00 to 20:00 on Mondays to Sundays, unless specified.
- Notification for approx. delivery time will be sent before delivery, Nikuya cannot guarantee the arrival time or delivery priority.
- The courier team will contact you by phone call approx. 1 hour prior to delivery.
- Designated delivery timeslot (Currently unavailable until further notice)
- HKD$200 will be charged for all specified delivery timeslots.
- Specified delivery timeslots will be offered from 15:00 to 19:00 at hourly intervals.
- The delivery will arrive any time within the selected time slot and please reserve time to pick up your order. Wait-time charge may be applied by Lalamove or return your parcel to Nikuya. No rescheduling or amendments will be arranged under such circumstances.
- Delivery arrangement under inclement weather conditions
- Deliveries may be suspended accordingly, please refer to Arrangements under inclement weather conditions.
- Missing items and wrong orders
- Please contact our customer support via WhatsApp +852 55957054 on the day of delivery, we'll assist you with the situation.
- No further arrangements or compensations will be made in case of late notice.
- Order amendment and cancellation
- all orders are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- administration fee of HKD$200 will be charged per amendment on all orders.
