Q: What are you business hours?
A: Business hours are from 11:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 19:00.

Q: When is the cut-off time?
A: We cut-off orders for the next day at 00:00. Please place your orders at least one day in advance.

Q: Where is the self-pickup location?
A: The pick up location is Flat E, 32/F, Block 2, Vigor Industrial Building, 49-53 Ta Chuen Ping St, Kwai Chung. 
Pickup hours starts from 15:00 at hourly intervals, the latest pick up time is 18:30.

Q: What type of payment method could be used?
A: We accept the following payment methods:
  • Bank transfer
  • Faster Payment System (FPS)
  • Alipay(HK)
  • Octopus
  • PayMe
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard & Tap&Go)
  • ATOME *A 5% handing fee will occur
Please note if the payment is not process via our website's system, the system will not be able to identify nor update the order status. Please kindly upload the proof of payment and our staff will process the order manually.

Q: Do you accept same day orders?
A: We may be able to prepare for same day orders occasionally. To enquire the availability of same day orders, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9709 2936).
Free delivery is not applicable to same day deliveries. A delivery fee will be charged if delivery service is required, the delivery fee is as shown below:

Q: Is it possible to amend the order details or cancel order?
A:  All orders are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns. An administration fee of HKD$200 will be charged per amendment.
Any changes regarding the order must be notified before 8 p.m. at least one day in advance. Any changes or amendments will be at our discretion.


  • Delivery Related

Q: What is the delivery time? Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is 13:00-20:00 everyday. Delivery services is available even during Sundays. 
We could arrange specified delivery time starting from 15:00-19:00 at an hourly interval. A HK$200 delivery fee will be charged for designated delivery time.

Q: Could delivery be arranged in the morning or afternoon?
A: All orders will be prepped in the morning on the day of delivery. Therefore, we could not arrange delivery in the morning or afternoon time. 
If you wish to order for lunch, we would recommend receiving the package one day in advance.

Q: Will I be notified of the delivery time on that day?
A: The courier team will contact on phone approx. 30 min prior to delivery.

Q: How much do I need to pay for delivery if not eligible for free delivery?
A: The basic delivery fee per order would be HK$150. If you wish to have designated time delivery while not eligible for free delivery, only the designated delivery fee of HK$200 would be charged.

Q: Is my address considered as remote area?
A: If the delivery address is in Tung Chung, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, or the Peak, then it is considered as remote areas. Please refer to Remote Areas Delivery Arrangements for further detail.

Q: Do you still deliver during inclement weather conditions?
A: Delivery arrangement under extreme weather warning signals will be determined according to the hoist and cancellation of extreme weather warning signals by the Hong Kong Observatory. Our customer service staffs will contact to notify the most updated arrangement as well.

  • Product related

Q: How to store the package?
A: If consuming on the same day, simply store the package in the fridge (0-4ºC).
If consuming on the next day, store the Wagyu slices in the freezer (-18ºC) and the veggie platter in the fridge (0-4ºC), defrost wagyu slices in the fridge 2-6 hours prior to cooking.
Avoid defrosting the wagyu at room temperature


Q: What should I do if some of my items are missing or damaged?
A: You should check the package immediately after receiving it. In the event of missing or damaged item(s), please take photos as record and send it to our customer service along with the order details. We will arrange delivery or refund for the associated item(s).
Please note if failed to notify us on the same day of delivery, Nikuya will not take any responsibility and no further action will be done.
